How Flow VIN Tune works
A reviewable calibration service for Alfa Romeo — every file is approved by a human tuner before you can download it.

1. Upload your original file
Upload your unmodified Alfa Romeo ECU read over a secure link. We scan it, fingerprint it, compute a SHA-256 hash, and store it immutably.

2. AI proposes a candidate
On a whitelisted ECU family, our AI identifies the platform and proposes a Stage 1 or Stage 1+ candidate delta with a confidence and risk score. The AI never generates an unconstrained file and never delivers anything to you.

3. A human tuner reviews and approves
An expert calibrator reviews the proposed delta and approves, rejects, or asks for more information. No file is auto-delivered — human approval is technically required for every file.

4. Download your approved file
Once a tuner approves, you download your calibration with checksum metadata over a time-limited secure link. Every version is hashed and audited, and revert-to-stock is available.
What we do — and what we do not
We work on Alfa Romeo only, Stage 1 and Stage 1+ only. We do not offer Stage 2, emissions or DPF/EGR/SCR changes, or any defeat device. Tuning may affect your warranty and road-legal status; you are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.
