Frequently asked questions
Which vehicles do you support?
- Alfa Romeo only, for now. We focus on a tight whitelist of Alfa Romeo ECU families so we can review every file properly.
Which calibrations do you offer?
- Stage 1 and Stage 1+ only. We do not offer Stage 2, and we do not touch emissions systems (no DPF/EGR/SCR or catalyst changes) or any defeat device. Stage 1 comes in Protected (factory limiters kept) and Full (limiters removed) — or Both as a bundle; Stage 1+ is a single higher-power tune.
Is the tune automatic?
- No. Our AI proposes a candidate calibration, but an expert human tuner reviews and approves every single file before you can download it. There is no auto-delivery.
What exactly do I receive?
- A tuner-approved calibration file with delivery notes and checksum metadata, delivered over a time-limited secure link. Every file version carries an immutable SHA-256 hash.
What do you do with my data and VIN?
- Your files are stored immutably and access is logged. We never store your raw VIN — only a one-way hash. You can request revert-to-stock at any time.
Will this affect my warranty or road-legal status?
- It may. Tuning can affect your vehicle warranty and road-legal status, and you are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction. We make no claim of warranty compatibility.
Do you guarantee a power figure?
- No. Results depend on your specific vehicle, fuel, and hardware. Stage 1+ includes a written per-ECU contract describing the declared setup and expected gains.
Can I get a refund?
- Contact support before a tuner has approved your file. Once an approved file has been delivered, refunds are handled case by case.
